DESCRIPTION:NoHo West Neighborhood Council is hosting a Town Hall to hear from LAPD Officers on what the effects of the defunding the police movement will have on their ability to respond to serve our community. \nWe will hear from a panel of officers: \n\nCaptain Rafael Ramirez\, Area Commanding Officer\nCaptain Richard Gabaldon\, Patrol Commanding Officer\nLieutenant Robert Toledo\, Detective Commanding Officer\nLieutenant Jerry Chaney\, Officer-in-Charge of the Gang and Narcotics Unit\nSergeant Alonso Menchaca\, Officer-in-Charge of the Community Relations Office\n\nThe officer presentations will take approximately an hour\, after which time they will answer questions.
