DESCRIPTION:The men and women of your Los Angeles Fire Department warmly welcome you to visit an LAFD Fire Station on Saturday\, May 10\, 2025\, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. \nThe second Saturday of each May is designated as “Fire Service Day” in the City of Los Angeles – a citywide open firehouse celebration\, when we plan and prepare for your visit to a Neighborhood Fire Station. \nThis year\, our theme is “Stronger Together: A Tribute to Unity”\, underscoring our collective strength and highlighting our community’s remarkable resilience through collaboration. #LAStrong \nWe’re excited to have you visit on Saturday\, May 10\, to meet your LAFD team firsthand\, and see the tools and training you have helped provide. More importantly\, we’re eager to understand your concerns regarding life safety and emergency response – and help you establish a personal plan for disaster preparedness. \nWhile all LAFD Neighborhood Fire Stations ** will be welcoming your visit between 10 AM and 4 PM on Saturday\, May 10\, 2025\, the following Focal Sites will also offer special LAFD displays and demonstrations\, as well as introduce this year’s four Honorary Fire Chiefs: \nCentral Bureau Focal Site: Fire Station 13 (Pico-Union/Koreatown) MAP\nSouth Bureau Focal Site: Fire Station 94 (Crenshaw/Baldwin Hills) MAP\nValley Bureau Focal Site: Fire Station 88 (Sherman Oaks) MAP\nWest Bureau Focal Site: Fire Station 27 (Hollywood) MAP\nThe following stations will extend their open house to Sunday\, May 11th for those exercising religious observances on Saturday: \nFire Station 58 (1556 S Robertson Blvd)\nFire Station 61 (5821 W 3rd St)\nFire Station 102 (13200 Burbank Blvd) \n**NOTE: Because Fire Stations 51\, 80 and 114 are located on secure airport grounds\, they regretfully cannot be open to the public. \n\nSome LAFD Stations will be offering special food\, fun and more.
