Making NoHoWest the Best in the West in 2018
We have plans to make NoHoWest the Best in the West in 2018. The focus will be on outreach working within our business community to continue to make NoHoWest a business friendly area. We are also concerned about public safety and are working towards improving stop sign areas with flashing lights where residents have indicated that the signs are not very visible.
Bellaire Clean Up Brings Neighbors Together
Saturday, November 11 NoHo West Neighborhood Council celebrated Veteran's Day with a clean up along Bellaire near Strathern. Volunteers of all ages worked together to clean up overgrown brush and pick up trash.

Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de Leon outraged Neighborhood Council members across the City when he told KNBC that elected volunteers serving on L.A.'s Neighborhood Councils have "strangled" and "handcuffed" and issued "threats" against the Los Angeles City Council over housing development in L.A.
