DESCRIPTION:LAPD is expanding their resources by deploying volunteers wherever possible to free up officers to do what they do best. You can now get trained to volunteer in a variety of capacities. You must be 18 or older\, have no felony convictions\, outstanding warrants\, or pending criminal cases and live or work in the Operations Valley Bureau area. Classes are Mondays for 8 weeks.
