On September 19, 2021 a NoHo West Board Member discovered this hose that had been connected to a fire hydrant to provide water to an encampment on Raymer at the corner of Varna. She contacted the Captain at LAFD 89 on September 20 and later that day they removed the hose and restored the hydrant to regular working order. Thank you LAFD!
