City Planning made a presentation at our July 10, 2024 meeting about the South East Valley Community Plan Update. The proposed plan is shown on page 24 of the 7.10.24-NoHoWestNCPresentation.
Interestingly, only 17% of people who live in the Southeast valley also work here.
As a primary component of the Community Plan, the policy documents set the vision, goals and policies that will guide decision-making and future development in the community plan areas over the next 20 years.
