Comfy Care Packs, North Hollywood West Neighborhood Council and the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks Presents Fur Fest 2026, a Celebration of Pets and their People. Join us on Saturday, May 9, 9:00 AM to noon for pet resources, microchipping of the first 50 pets, refreshments, giveaways, vaccinations. Registration required while supplies last. All dogs must be on a leash and all cats must be in a carrier.
Thanks to a grant from the North Hollywood West Neighborhood Council, the Latino Alliance for Animal Care Foundation will provide pet vaccinations and microchipping.
- Vaccinations: Available for pets with prior registration (limit of 2 pets per household, while supplies last).
- Microchipping: Available for the first 50 pets, thanks to partial funding from the office of Adrin Nazarian, LA City Council District 2.
We will also have giveaways from Nylabone, Chewy, MetroPaws, Earthbath, Petralyte, BestLife4pets and the Noho West Neighborhood Council.
