Bylaws Committee Mission Statement:
The Bylaws Committee serves to recommend to the General Board standing rules as relates to procedures for established Bylaws and to provide clarification for the Bylaws if needed. The Bylaws Committee shall conduct periodic reviews of the Bylaws and Standing Rules for necessary updates and/or adjustments for presentation to the General Board.
The Bylaws Committee meets as needed.
