At the May 2017 North Hollywood West Neighborhood Council General Board meeting, Board Member Freddy Cupen-Ames received a Certificate of Celebration from LA City Council member Paul Krekorian. It celebrates Freddy’s graduation from the University of Southern California with a Master of Public Administration. Kelly Sagaser, a representative of Councilman Krekorian’s office, presented the Certificate.
