The North Hollywood West Neighborhood Council is holding a series of Volunteer Cleanup Events throughout the Community, such as the Presidents Day Cleanup of Roscoe Blvd. between Coldwater Canyon Ave. and the 170 Fwy.
As a part of these ongoing efforts, the Neighborhood Council’s Beautification Committee is planning another Cleanup in the neighborhood and we’re inviting our Stakeholders to help choose the location of the next Cleanup.
This latest Cleanup will take place in May or June on a Saturday from 9 AM to noon. Volunteers will pick up trash, pull weeds, trim overgrown bushes, trees, etc.
North Hollywood West Neighborhood Council’s boundaries are Roscoe Blvd.on the north, Whitsett Ave on the east, Vanowen St. on the south and Tujunga Wash on the west. The Cleanup takes place within these borders, on city streets, sidewalks, parkways, or other public properties (Neighborhood Council Cleanups cannot take place on private property).
