Heaven on Earth Pets sent NoHo West a big thank you for funding their Neighborhood Purposes Grant February 2018. They wrote “the funds will greatly aid our efforts to fulfill our mission of ‘transforming the lives of homeless cats through rescue, sanctuary, and new beginnings.'”
