NoHo West will discuss a proposed Cannabis Development on Wednesday, January 22, 7pm at Saticoy Elementary, 7850 Ethel Ave. We will hear from Bellaire Management about their proposed plan to sell cannabis at 7414 Bellaire Ave.
They propose to operate a dispensary providing access via a secure parking lot with 12 spaces. They will have on site security to ensure steady flow of traffic, eliminate loitering and deter criminal activity. 24 hour video surveillance will monitor all points of entry and bright lights will deter illicit activity.
Bellaire Management expects to employ ten people, preferring that at least half live within three miles.
The cannabis discussion will allow attendees to submit written questions from 6:30-7pm. Questions will be reviewed, unduplicated and organized by the moderator. At 7:15 the Town Hall will begin with a presentation by Bellaire Management followed by the Q & A session run by a moderator. All questions must be submitted in writing prior to 7pm.
