Metro Los Angeles is using state-of-the-art technology to drive the Valley toward a greener future!
July 27, 2020, Metro unveiled the first of 40 electric buses that will be put into service by the end of 2020. This 60-foot zero-emission electric bus will deploy from the Metro North Hollywood station and will serve commuters throughout the San Fernando Valley along the G Line, formerly known as the Orange line.
By 2030, Metro plans to transition its entire fleet to zero-emission vehicles, delivering quality transportation with minimal environmental impact.
