The Budget Advocates have issued their completed White Paper on the 2018-2019 Budget: 2018 White Paper

The Neighborhood Council Budget Advocates are hard at work assessing budget options and have issued an early White Paper.
At this time, the NCBA’s are still interviewing departments and drafting individual department reports and recommendations for the completion of the Annual White Paper.
It has been a challenge with some departments this year in getting responses from them for interviews.
In addition, the NCBA’s are reacting at this point, as they are not able to access the department reports delivered to the Mayor, nor be involved directly with the Mayor’s budget team in the crafting of the budget.
