On the night of January 27, 2016, the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley Regions of Los Angeles County will be conducting their annual Homeless Count. This is how we determine how many homeless neighbors we have on any given night. This data is vital to the process of providing programs and services to those experiencing homelessness in our region.
