LAHSA Tiny Homes Village Dashboard for Whitsett West as of 10/5/2022.
As of 10/5/2022, -121– of -145- bed capacity (or 83%) are in use at Whitsett West Tiny Homes Village.
As comparison, as of 10/4/2022, -74– of -195- bed capacity (or 38%) are in use at Alexandria Park Tiny Homes Village; As of 10/5/2022, -48– of -70- bed capacity (or 69%) are in use at Chandler Tiny Homes Village.
Per LAHSA, due to COVID, Tiny Homes are currently being used as units instead of individual beds, which reduces the overall capacity of sites.
As the # of New COVID Cases eased in our North Hollywood neighborhood, Whitsett West began increasing bed capacity as of 7/19/2022; Alexandria Park as of 7/18/2022; and Chandler as of 9/6/2022.
As of 10/5/2022, there are -128- persons currently enrolled and receiving bed and other supportive services at Whitsett West; -122- persons currently enrolled at Alexandria Park; and -64- persons currently enrolled at Chandler.
Since Whitsett West Tiny Homes Village opened in 8/2021, Hope of the Valley Rescue Mission has provided bed and other supportive services for an overall total of -251- unique persons at the site.
