North Hills West Neighborhood Council will hold elections on May 16 for all seats:
- Residential Stakeholders (4 seats)
- Business Stakeholders (1 seat)
- Community Based Organizations (2 seats)
- At Large (4 seats)
- Senior/Youth (2 seats)

Because we are working towards moving to a staggered elections cycle, the following candidates will serve a 4 year term:
1. Two (2) highest vote recipients in the Resident category
2. One (1) highest vote recipient in the Business category
3. One (1) highest vote recipients in the Community-Based Organization
category
4. Two (2) highest vote recipients in the At-Large category
5. One (1) Highest vote recipient in the Senior/Youth category
The remaining 6 elected candidates will serve a 2 year term.

Now is the time to consider running for a seat. We are excited to welcome prospective members to run for a seat. Candidates should have a passion for making a difference in North Hollywood West, time to attend our monthly meetings and at least one committee meeting a month.

NoHo West Neighborhood Council Boundaries
Who can vote?
All stakeholders 16 years old and older can vote. You do not have to be a citizen to vote. Unlike the previous election, you do not need to register online ahead of time to vote.

Candidate Filing Period: January 31-March 4, 2019
Candidate Information Session: February 20, 2019
Certified Candidate List Available: March 15, 2019
