The Neighborhood Council Sustainability Alliance wants you to know about a new Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP), and bring its benefits to our community. This time-limited State of California program will provide FREE rooftop solar and energy efficiency home improvements to more than 5,000 homes in Los Angeles County.
Benefits include such options as windows, furnaces and AC systems, refrigerators, and rooftop solar energy systems — at ZERO cost.
