NoHo West Neighborhood Council is excited to support this fun art project. The students will paint the utility box at the corner of Ethel & Vanowen near James Madison Middle School. We are funding the anti graffiti coating. Come by and support the artists and enjoy snacks, drinks and watch our artists at work.
