Mid August the NoHo West Development announced three significant tenants: a 24 Hour Fitness gym, Regal Cinemas theater and an Old Navy apparel shop. Trader Joe’s has applied for an alcohol license but there is no confirmation yet about their tenancy.
Councilmember Krekorian toured the NOHO West construction site to take a closer look at the project’s progress. By working together with the local community and the property owner, the council office is ensuring that the project responds to the neighborhood’s needs and will become one of the region’s most exciting and highly-anticipated lifestyle destinations. With the addition of these anchor tenants and local businesses, NOHO West will not only improve the quality of life for residents, but also revitalize one of the East San Fernando Valley’s most important commercial corridors.
